Behind The Shot | St. Louis Photography

I get a lot of questions about what I shoot with, what my settings are, etc. These are the exact settings I used for this particular shot. I wanted the image to focus on the little girl, so I focused on her, not the mother. Great tip…focus on the eyes! Even if you don’t have a fancy pants camera or more than just a kit lens, you can achieve a similar look by taking your camera OFF AUTO! 🙂
